We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition.

Returns should be made within a resalable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging, where packaging applies. If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

Many of our prodcuts are made to order, which allows you as our customer to add your own unique touch to the product. Shipping will take place via Postnet to Postnet (at a charge determined by them, based on the size of your pachage). In exceptional circumstances, we may recommend the use of a private courier company, or collection. 

Shipping will take place as follows: 

In stock items: 2 to 3 business days after reciept of payment 

Steel work (no coatings): 5 - 7 business days after reciept of payment 

Steel work (with coating): 7 - 14 business days after reciept of payment 

Custom design work: 7 - 14 business days after reciept of payment & artwork sign off
